The latest advancement in cold forging manufacturing strengthens capacity for larger engineered fastening applications
Relyans Max has added a new cold forging machine, the latest advancement in cold forging manufacturing, at our Lapeer, Michigan facility, marking another important investment in our North American manufacturing platform.
This new equipment expands our ability to support larger, highly engineered fasteners for critical customer applications, including automotive, commercial vehicle, agriculture, heavy equipment, chassis, suspension, and powertrain programs.
For Relyans Max, this investment is about more than adding equipment. It reflects our continued commitment to the customers who rely on us for manufacturing strength, disciplined process control, responsive support, and fastening solutions built for demanding performance environments.
Strengthening Capacity Where It Matters
The new cold forging machine expands Relyans Max’s production capability for large-diameter engineered fasteners, with the ability to support applications up to M24 class and lengths up to 350 mm.
This added capability gives our team greater flexibility to support complex programs, respond to customer demand, and deliver high-strength fastening solutions with the consistency and reliability required for critical applications.
