Relyans Max Inc. is proud to announce that our Lapeer, Michigan facility has earned Ford Q1 Preferred Supplier recognition.
Home to approximately 500 employees and spanning 300,000 square feet, the Lapeer facility represents a major part of Relyans Max’s manufacturing capabilities and operational footprint. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the daily work of a large, dedicated team committed to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Ford executives presented the Q1 award to Steven X., Global CEO of Relyans Max, during a ceremony attended by the full Relyans Max team.
This milestone was celebrated during a special ceremony at our Lapeer facility, where representatives from Ford joined the Relyans Max team to recognize the achievement and speak with our employees. During the ceremony, Ford executives presented the Q1 award to Steven X., Global CEO of Relyans Max, in front of the entire Relyans Max team. Members of our leadership team also addressed the crowd, reflecting on the work, discipline, and collaboration that made this recognition possible.

A highlight of the event was the raising of the Q1 flag in front of our building, with our entire team gathered together alongside Ford representatives. Seeing the flag raised at our Lapeer facility was a proud moment for everyone involved and a visible symbol of the standards, teamwork, and shared commitment behind this achievement. The celebration also included a cake-cutting ceremony, giving our team the opportunity to mark the occasion together and recognize the people who helped make it possible.
